Creative Adjusting in light of COVID-19

A Happy Hour to-go package, champagne, sliced meat & cheese, a lemon and a pair of eyeglasses.

When Equality Florida wanted to make their virtual board meeting special, they reached out to Eddie Nickell, of Orlando's Bites & Bubbles restaurant.  Eddie made up individual charcuterie boxes, complete with bubbly, and a recipe for a special cocktail, which was then delivered to each attendee to enjoy during the meeting.   

Eddie's partner Nicholas Olivieri spoke to the group, walked them though the cocktail and talked about the importance of supporting local businesses.   

As small businesses wade through the unknowns of the present situation, it will be the creative ones, who think out beyond the normal course of business, find amazing opportunities and make them happen.  They are the businesses that will rally and keep on going through .
